Annoying stuff

So... I like to think of myself as a chill guy, but lately, I've been bothered by a few things. I don't know if it's the fact that I can write a note like this and not get yelled at by my parents (They probably will, but I'm not gonna be home for a while), but I've decided to put this here for a whopping 7 people to read. You're welcome, 7 people.

1. When people call me a creep on Facebook.

The way I see it is that it's not creeping if you put it on the internet for your friends to see. So If I happen to know your address or how many guys you've had sex with or you receive a phone call or a text message from me randomly knowing you didn't give me your number, that's on you. They make Facebook messaging for a reason.

2. Women... Told you it was coming.

Women... So great but so confusing. A lot of them go on and complain about guys who hurt them, but yet, they still want them. Like, seriously? There are so many guys out there who will treat you all like queens, but they are the ones who are getting ignored. So, the next time I hear about the guy who hurt you for the 583rd time, I will be less sympathetic.

3. If you want to know this one, you can send me a message, since I don't feel comfortable putting it out here on my page. It's not bad, but if someone who it concerns reads it, they won't be very happy with my comment.

4. Being called white... By white people.

This has lessened ever since I've gone to college, but I wanna put it out there anyway. I am NOT white. Just because I am an articulate African-American male and don't fall into the Black stereotype (which I find very offensive and base), doesn't mean that I am white on the inside. I'm sorry that I don't sag my jeans and listen to ignorant rap "music" and that I want to leave a positive legacy. And for the record, I do like fried chicken.

5. Perfect pitch is not a superpower.

That one is self explanatory. I'm just a regular old musician who can hear things that some people can't. It's not that big of a deal. It's been pretty refreshing meeting other musicians in college who have it. This one hasn't been bothering me too much, aside from the occasional out of tune piano, but oh well.

Aside from the rants about how terrible music is today (there will be plenty more, don't worry), that's it. Hope you find this entertaining.

MORE STUFF THAT'S BEEN GRINDING MY GEARS...

6. Why Herbie's songs?

After hearing about this myth that the Monsters Inc. theme was Dolphin Dance, I had to check it out for myself. Low and behold, I found said statement to be true. This brought me back to Hairspray and how one of the songs is Watermelon Man (which I made a joke out of and got in trouble, hence the middle name Bedrock [which is NOT real]. I'm still unhappy about it.) Anyways, I just hope that one day Herbie Hancock sees what's going on and says "what the hell Disney and the Hairspray people! I don't go around stealing your stuff!" then sues them for it. Now that I'm done rambling for now, I'm gonna go make a movie and rip off Chameleon while I'm at it.

YES, this is my note from Facebook. I needed to start somewhere!
